Terms and Conditions of Sales

HOW TO ORDER
Buy Online, or call our Toll Free Customer Service Line at 877.867.8675, or fax your order to 877.867.8674, or place orders with your TMS Representative.

TERMS
MINIMUM ORDER IS $50.00. Net 30 days from the invoice date. Finance charges will be added to past due invoices. All open account orders are subject to credit approval. TMS accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

FREIGHT
Freight charges will be added to the invoice. Most shipments are via UPS. Unusually large or heavy orders may ship via Common Carrier.

CLAIMS, DEFECT & DAMAGES
Claims for shortages, damages or defects must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. Common Carrier deliveries must be inspected before signing bill of lading. Defective items will be replaced at no charge. Items misused or damaged by customer are non-returnable.

RETURNS
All returns must be pre-approved and assigned a return goods authorization before returning. Special or customized orders are non-returnable. All returns subject to inspection. Returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date, and returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.

PRICES & TAXES
Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales & usage taxes are paid by the buyer unless a tax exemption certificate is filed with TMS.

WARRANTY
TMS acts as a warrantor only on behalf of manufacturers written policy. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
